How to Use:

Prepare the Meter and Strip: Insert a new test strip into the meter; it only fits one way.

Wash Hands: Clean hands with soap and water, then dry thoroughly.

Prepare Lancing Device: Insert a lancet and adjust the depth (usually 2 or 3).

Prick Finger: Hold the lancing device on the side of your fingertip and press the button.

Apply Blood: Gently squeeze to get a drop and place it on the edge of the test strip, covering the sample area completely.

Wait for Result: The meter will display your blood glucose reading in a few seconds.

Record Result: Track your reading in the meter’s memory, which stores up to 90 days of results.

Re-dose if Needed: If there isn’t enough blood, the meter alerts you. Re-dose within 10 seconds on the same strip.

Dispose Safely: Discard the used lancet and test strip in a sharps container.
Clean Meter: Wipe the meter with a dry cloth after use.
